Welcome
The Guide and Scout Centre in Downley is the meeting place for the 2nd Downley Rainbows, 1st and 3rd Downley Brownies, 1st and 2nd Downley Guides, Downley Rangers and 3rd High Wycombe Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.
The Centre is run by a committee of volunteers.
Help Us Rebuild Our Centre
Our building has now gone well beyond its expected working life, and the time has come to replace it. The management committee is already working to secure the funding needed to begin this process and give our community a modern, fit-for-purpose facility that will serve Downley's Guiding, Scouting and wider community for decades to come.
We can't do this alone. If you can help with fundraising, grant applications, or would simply like to find out more about the rebuild, please get in touch with the chairman.
Centre Hire
The Centre is available for hire by community groups and by individuals, for parties, meetings, classes, clubs etc. It is generally available at weekends and the occasional weekday evenings. There is better availability during school holidays. The hire charge is £22 per hour for the whole centre. For more information please get in touch with us for bookings.
